What we collect

When you submit the free estimate form we collect the details you enter: your first and last name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, property address (optional), the service you are interested in, and any message you add.

We also record basic technical information that comes with the request — the page or campaign that referred you (UTM parameters), the referring website, and a one-way hashed value derived from your IP address that we use only to limit automated spam submissions.

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your request. That includes contacting you about the estimate, scheduling an on-site inspection, assigning your request to a SolarShield Property Care team member, and following up about the work you asked about.

Referral and campaign data is used in aggregate so we know which pages and services homeowners find useful.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information.

We do not rent, trade or share your details with advertisers or data brokers.

We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Who can see it

Quote requests are stored in our secure database and are visible only to SolarShield Property Care staff who need them to respond to you.

We use standard service providers to host the website, store the database and deliver email notifications. They process this information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How it is protected

The website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections and quote requests are transmitted encrypted.

Access to the stored requests requires an authenticated account with the appropriate role.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to serve you and to keep accurate records of the work we quoted or performed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Call or email us and we will take care of it.

If you contact us by phone or text, standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Cookies and analytics

The site stores a small amount of data in your browser to remember whether you have already seen the opening animation and to record which campaign referred you. It is not used to build advertising profiles.
