Estimates and pricing

Prices are never final online. Every request is reviewed and confirmed with an on-site inspection, and no work begins until you approve the price in writing or verbally.

Any figures shown on this website are informational and do not constitute an offer or a binding quote.

Scheduling

Appointment times are confirmed by a SolarShield Property Care team member. Weather, access and safety conditions can require rescheduling; we will contact you as soon as possible if that happens.

Property access and safety

Homeowners are responsible for providing safe access to the areas being serviced, including gates, water spigots and pets secured away from work areas.

Pre-existing damage, failing seals, loose shingles or unsafe structures may limit what can be cleaned safely. We will inform you before proceeding.

Communications

By submitting the estimate form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Website content

Photos, copy, the SolarShield Property Care name and logo are our property and may not be reused without permission. Before-and-after images show real completed work; individual results vary with surface condition and material.
